When wrong don’t forget to say I’m sorry.  Even for the small thing, for they can grow and cause you sorrow.

Have the capacity to forgive and forget, let it go.  I know sometimes its hard but don’t hang on to anger,

 hurt or disappointment for they only keep you from love and joy.

Thank

Thanks in words you say and things you do.  Show your appreciation of each other.  A kiss on the cheek,

wink of the eye and a smile.  Thank you for being mine goes a long way.   

Friendship

Enjoying each others company. Wanting to spend time together so you can share each others

Thought, Fears and Loves.

Laughter

Delight in life and all it gives. The joy of having each other,  be silly, laugh at each other and at yourselves.

Romance

Do the unexpected. A favorite candy from the corner store,

maybe a flower from the garden. Holding hands as you walk. Touch and hold each other. Say Love You everyday and always the kiss goodnight.

Respect

Respect each other let them be who you married.  Admire who they are

and you will be proud of who they become.

Trust

Trusting that your spouse will always be truthful, faithful and you will have each others back.

Doing this will give your marriage strength and continue to fill it with love.

Believing

Believing that your spouse and all your loved ones

 will always be will be there to support and protect you
