I will make sure you day is filled with warmth and professionalism.  I am willing to do whatever it takes to make your ceremony the way you want it to be and to reflect your needs.  You can choose one of my ceremonies or write your own.  Say what you want or just repeat after me.   I just want it to be a memorable ceremony.  You will know what is going to be said and there will be no surprises.  Your ceremony is about you, the bride and groom.  I am committed to make your ceremony exactly what you want it to be.

Basic Ceremony Package

Rehearsal $50.00

Meet at the weddings location and run through the ceremony, set up the entrances and exits and coordinate with the venue. Rehearsal should not exceed 1 Hour.

I am willing to travel anywhere in the Inland Empire from my home base in San Bernardino. I have traveled to many cities in Riverside County and San Bernardino County, Desert Communities, Fontana, Rialto, Hemet, Barstow, Banning, Big Bear, Arrowhead, San Jacinto, Adelanto, Apple Valley, Corona and Chino.

Travel beyond 25 miles from my home base area is extra.
26 to 50 miles Travel Fee $25
51 to 75 miles Travel Fee $40
76 to 100 miles Travel Fee $60
for travel over 100 miles call for pricing.

On time / Overtime
It is vital that I start when I am scheduled at your event. I often times have multiple bookings and it is imperative that they start at the designated time to stay on schedule as being delayed could affect their next event. You may be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes I have to wait past the scheduled time.

In order for your Marriage License to be legally recorded, I am required by law to send signed original directly to the same County that issued your License and Certificate of Marriage within ten days of your wedding ceremony. However, immediately following your Wedding Ceremony, I supply you with a copy of your License and Certificate of Marriage that has been signed by me and at least one witness.  The County issues your License and Certificate of Marriage; they will also supply you with an application to obtain a certified copy.

Terms and Conditions, Retainer / Deposits / Refunds
Retainer / Deposits are not refundable but are transferable to another date if done prior to two weeks before the booked date.  The balances of all fees are due before the ceremony takes place. If you cancel your event less then 4 days prior to your booked time and do not transfer to another date you will owe for the entire ceremony fee.  If paid in full, a refund (minus the $100 deposit) will only be issued if canceled prior to two weeks before the booked date.
